After 7+ hours work (play) this is what the previous little jewelry box looks like transformed as Rosary\Prayer box. Old book pages, misc parts and pieces, a little silver dish and my favorite crow images with accents of silver and turquoise. This box is ready to hold a set of treasured Prayer\Rosary beads or anything else.
Creating Alters, Shrines and Art Boxes With Personal, Recycled and Found Objects
Welcome To Stones In The Sand Garden
Welcome-
In the Japanese Zen garden beautifully raked sand and carefully selected and placed stones and objects create a peaceful place for quiet meditation.

Creating a personal shrine or altar is in many ways just like that process. Selecting objects that have meaning to you and assembling them in a manner that pleases you. A personal shrine can fit in your pocket, hang on your wall, sit on a table, be permanent or temporary, and can be created inside or outside.

Inspiration
I was kayaking off Willow Beach AZ this last Sunday, such an incredible river- clear cold water below the Hoover Dam, the current is not too strong and the weather is hot now. Finding inspiration in places like this is easy. Relax, balance, paddle and enjoy the views and sunshine. Perfect.
