Creating Alters, Shrines and Art Boxes With Personal, Recycled and Found Objects
Welcome To Stones In The Sand Garden
Welcome-
In the Japanese Zen garden beautifully raked sand and carefully selected and placed stones and objects create a peaceful place for quiet meditation.

Creating a personal shrine or altar is in many ways just like that process. Selecting objects that have meaning to you and assembling them in a manner that pleases you. A personal shrine can fit in your pocket, hang on your wall, sit on a table, be permanent or temporary, and can be created inside or outside.

Published In ART DOLL!!!!!
It's been a long and very Hot summer here in the desert, and honestly I've been distracted from my art work with other projects and just keeping cool. But this morning via email I was over joyed to find that my metal doll had been included in the Fall addition of ART DOLL. HOORAY, I love all of the Sumerset Magazines and this is the second time that I have been lucky enough to be honored and included with so many other fine artists! Of course living an hour out of town I will have to try to make a special trip to find it and see it.
